Crystal Allen Dallas is the Founder and Chief Engagement Officer of Excel Business Concepts, a strategic communications firm based in St. Louis area specializing in public engagement, branding, and equity-centered outreach. With a passion for building stronger communities through inclusive communication, Crystal leads initiatives that amplify voices, foster collaboration, and drive measurable impact.
